& CONDITIONS
* Payment of any monies constitutes acceptance of and agreement with all terms and conditions outlined in this document.
* By participating in a Clinic operated by PaulLorenzClinics (PLC), you the customer, understand that snow sports can be dangerous and may result in injuries. PLC will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents occurring before, during, or after the course has taken place. PLC is not liable for any equipment that is lost or damaged during a course. This includes any replacement costs or lost time during a clinic.
*All PLC participants MUST have suitable travel insurance cover. In the event that an injury is sustained while on course, or within the non-refundable period prior, no refunds will be issued.
*All PLC products are subject to availability. A position on course will not be officially reserved until full payment is received. PLC require a minimum number of participants to operate. Please check the specific clinic terms for more details. If payment has been made and the course is cancelled due to a lack of numbers, a full refund will be given.
*Cancellations by participants as the result of bad weather will not be refunded.
*In the event of extreme weather resulting in the closure of chairlifts and appropriate training terrain, the clinic will be postponed and an additional “weather day” will be added to the end of the clinic. Only Paul Lorenz has the right to determine the postponement of training and deem the 'weather day' necessary.
*Only those 18 years of age and older are eligible to participate in Clinics offered by PLC. All participants must agree that they are fit physical condition without pre-existing medical conditions that could be affected by skiing. PLC will not accept women who are pregnant to participate in any clinics.
*Lift tickets are not included in the course cost and must be purchased prior to the start of the clinic. Any part of any clinic missed as a result of not having a valid lift ticket is non-refundable nor transferable.
*PLC reserves the right to cancel any course at any point in time. In the event that a course is cancelled then a credit or refund will be offered.
*PLC reserves the right to request proof of skiing ability by means of video footage prior to accepting payment for any clinic. Furthermore, PLC has the right to refuse the acceptance of any customer on any course.
* If there is a discrepancy between Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions listed on the website (https://www.paullorenzclinics.com/terms-conditions) override any written or printed versions.
PAYMENT POLICY
All Paul Lorenz Clinics require full payment at the time of booking. Cancellations from time of booking up until 31 days prior to the clinic will attract a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 31 days of the clinic will attract a 100% cancellation fee. Any bank fee or associated cost in providing cancellation refunds are the responsibility of the customer.
